Making Every Contact Count (MECC) encourages conversations based on behaviour change methodologies (ranging from brief advice, to more advanced behaviour change techniques), empowering healthier lifestyle choices and exploring the wider social determinants that influence all of our health.
This training will provide information to support healthcare professionals and organisations to implement MECC using a range of behaviour change methodologies to make their contact with the public count.
The training is aimed at everyone who comes into contact with members of the public and has the opportunity to have a conversation to improve health.
Live Well Luton has arranged training at the following venues. To book a place or to arrange a training date for a group of people please contact 01582 757635.
